Perimenopause care · Perth

You know yourself.
Something’s
changed.

When you don’t feel quite like yourself, it can be hard to know where to begin.

I’m Dr Elizabeth Winlo. I offer perimenopause care with time to listen, look at the whole picture, and make a plan with you.

Good care starts
with being heard.

I’m a Perth doctor with a focus on perimenopause. I created Utero to give this stage of life the time and attention it deserves.

I want to understand your day-to-day life, your symptoms, and what’s bothering you most. The whole picture matters.

Your life. Your experience.
A plan that fits.

  1. First, I listen.

What’s changed? What matters most to you? I start with your experience, in your own words.

  2. Look at the whole picture.

I consider your symptoms, health history and daily life, and discuss whether any investigations would be useful.

  3. Listen. Follow up. Refine.

Finding the right approach takes attention over time. I listen to how you’re feeling, follow how you respond to treatment, and work with you to adjust your care—so it stays personal to you.

Care that evolves with you.

A time of transition.
Different for everyone.

Perimenopause is the transition around your final menstrual period. Changes to your periods, sleep or mood, and hot flushes or night sweats, can be part of it. Some women notice little change; others find it affects daily life.

Symptoms can have other causes, too. I start by understanding what’s happening for you.
